Emergency Care 

• Employees requiring urgent medical attention will be attended to on site and treated 
• Cases requiring specialist’s intervention or hospitalization will be stabilized and referred to the relevant specialty or hospital timeously. 
• Provision of a Comprehensive report on all emergency cases

Injury on duty (IOD)

• There will be collaboration with other emergency services in cases of severe injury or disaster.
• Treatment of all iod’s (injury on duty) and referral as per protocol.
• Monitoring and reporting of iod cases 
• Prevention of complications and offer rehabilitation programs to employees with a view to aid faster return to work.
• Tracking and reporting of all iod cases reported as per  COIDA
