This involves medical examinations and biological monitoring for workers exposed to specific hazards. The extent and frequency depends on the levels of risks as informed by HIRA, and statutory requirements. When doing these health examinations we will assess the fitness of a worker to carry out designated duties and to assess any impairment that may arise from exposure to harmful substances or processes. We will do risk based medical examinations for the following

• Pre placement medical
• Periodic medical which includes biological monitoring
• Driver medicals
• Transfer medicals
• Exit medicals

The above medicals include a detailed occupational health and medical history, full physical examination, lung test, audiometry, urine test, table 3 chemical test, drug test, calculation of BMI, chronic disease baseline tests.
